Nance Appliance

Specification：

The Nance Appliance is usually used as the space maintainer to prevent the upper molar from rotating or drifting forward during ortho treatment.A patient could use the Nance Appliance while awaiting the permanent bicuspids or premolars to erupt.

1. It prevents the upper molars from shifting forward.
